Cattle penning, anyone? White Stallion Ranch in Tucson, AZ is a third generation working cattle ranch with Longhorn cattle coming in for water every day. Many of us can’t even imagine the 3,000 acres of wide open land that this ranch offers. Settled at the foot of the Tucson Mountains and adjacent to Saguaro National Park, it is reminiscent of the Old West.

This ranch has activities with the whole family in mind.  Kids have to be 5 to ride horses but for the younger crowd or the non-equestriennes, there is the reptiles show, the stargazing party replete with astronomer, hayrides, a rodeo, pool, rec room, and of course, line dancing.  For the more experienced rider, three times every week there is the opportunity to work cattle, known as cattle penning (training for this IS available and encouraged).
