Why the Passenger Choice Survey is Important

The survey allows airline travelers to vote on every aspect of their travel experience, from check-in and food, to in-flight entertainment and cabin ambiance. Results of the survey will be tabulated by the Nielsen Company and the winners will be announced in September at APEX 2011Expo.

“These awards are meaningful to everyone in the industry because they are a true reflection of what passengers are experiencing. In addition to providing a boost for the winners, they keep us accountable to our customers,” said Patrick Brannelly, APEX president.

For example, in 2010, JetBlue Airways won Best Cabin Ambiance and Virgin America won for Best Inflight Connectivity & Communications. Your vote counts!

Win an iPad2--Now or Later

We'll give away a $100 gift card, two $25 iTunes gift cards and an iPad2 during the June 13 Twitter party (entry details below).

We'll give away two more $100 gift cards and a second iPad2 in the two weeks after the Twitter party. Those winners will be chosen from among everyone who has completed the Passenger Choice Awards survey. We will choose one $100 gift card winner on June 20, the second $100 gift card winner after the survey closes on June 30. The grand prize iPad2 winner will be chosen July 1 after the survey closes.
