Looking for a different twist on Halloween fun in Nashville?
Ghouls at Grassmere is a 14-year Middle Tennessee tradition featuring nine nights of family friendly activities at
Nashville Zoo.
On October evenings the zoo is transformed into a spooky spot for family friendly fun that's the perfect excuse for kids 12 and younger to get decked out in their Halloween costumes. The
Nashville Zoo is a
favorite family outing for us and it's an ideal place to take kids of all ages. We love the African Savannah exhibit, getting up close and personal with our fine feathered friends at Lorikeet Landing, the
petting zoo, and riding the carousel.
Featuring fun Halloween activities such as trick-or-treat stations, a haunted hayride, an animal show at Monsterpiece Theater, and a gypsy mystery maze, Ghouls at Grassmere will be held October 14-16, 21-23, and 28-30. The Grassmere historic home with also be featured in a special tour showcasing supersitions from the late 1800s.
Admission to Ghouls at Grassmere is $12 for zoo members and $15 for non-members and includes all activities, rides, and parking.
