Atlantis on a Budget

Atlantis Budget tip: There is a way to enjoy all the offerings of Atlantis and save a little money. If you stay at the Comfort Inn, you will save major dollars on lodging and food and have complete access to the entire Atlantis property and activities. One family I met on the Cove Beach told me that the Comfort Inn rooms are not as nice as the Comfort Inn in the states (2 double beds vs. queen) but her teens said they didn’t mind at all and the parents loved the savings.

I cannot vouch for the Comfort Inn rooms one way or the other because I have not seen them.  But if you are interested in experiencing the water slides, the beach and the aquarium at Atlantis and don't mind basic lodging, the Comfort Inn will probably do.  However, even the room prices there are more than you would pay at a Comfort Inn in the U.S.

Also check JetBlue vacation package prices throughout the year.  JetBlue flies direct so remember, if you are flying from NYC, in 2 1/2 hours you can be in Florida or the Caribbean.  Not such a hard choice, right?
