Oregon Shakespeare Festival is located in a quaint southern Oregon town. Ashland, Oregon is one of those arts and crafts towns where you literally can have it all.
- Renowned theater year round
- Outdoor dining in the summer
- Nearby skiing in the winter
- The cutest main street, ripe with shopping treasures!
Yes there are regular hotels in Ashland and 10 miles away there’s an inexpensive Marriott Suites in Medford. But do yourself a favor and try any one of the 20+ B&Bs in Ashland. We loved hanging out on the dreamy outdoor deck, and talking to the inn-keeper. She shared stories of the surrounding neighborhood and best of all suggested a restaurant for our dinner. We totally agreed with her, if you are ever in Ashland Do Not Miss the Dragonfly Café and Gardens, and be sure to WAIT for an outside dining table. TOTALLY worth it!
