Cross-cultural_TMom_Haystack_MtnCan you guess where Cross-cultural TravelingMom is? Springtime in Connecticut is great for outdoor family travel adventures. Lucky us, the Nutmeg state has an abundance of spectacular trails and nature centers.

Recently, we hit the trails for a fun day outdoors. And guess where we went? Here's a hint: On a clear day you can see three states from the observation deck.

Want some more clues about our towering destination? Take a look at the photo on the left and watch the video.

From now through April 30, 2011, guess Where in the World is Cross-cultural TravelingMom by posting your comment below. Commenters will be entered to win a TMOM shirt (like the one I'm wearing in the photo and the video)! Don't worry if you don't know the location for sure. Just leave your best guess -- the state, city or landmark -- in the comments section and you'll be entered to win.

So go ahead and guess. Where in the World do you think Cross-cultural TravelingMom and her hike-happy family went?

HINT: Follow Cross-cultural TravelingMom on Twitter for more clues.

*NOTE: Tie(s) will result in random drawing(s)!

I think I know! Am I supposed to post the answer here? If I'm right, I used to see this tower on a clear day in the distance from my 22nd floor office at a CT-based insurance/finan cial services company!
